Sobha Realty Group has announced a generous financial contribution of AED 25 million to the Endowments and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) in support of the impactful "Bunyan Al Khair" initiative. The mission aims to construct 22 charitable buildings with a total fundraising goal of AED 35 million. The initiative, led by Awqaf Dubai in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) and Emarat Al Youm, aims to provide housing for low-income citizens and needy families who meet Awqaf’s housing service requirements
His Excellency Ali Al Mutawa, Secretary-General of Awqaf Dubai commended Sobha Realty’s generous contribution, stating, “This is a humanitarian gesture that reflects solidarity among establishments of the Emirati community in helping initiatives to achieve stability for families."
He also recognised the pivotal role played by the Dubai Land Department, specifically the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, in encouraging real estate companies to engage in endowment activity, thereby advancing sustainable humanitarian work and community service.
"Bunyan Al Khair is one of the essential national and community initiatives that support housing and provide assistance to unfortunate families to which the requirements of housing service apply. The initiative’s doors are open to the public to join," Al Mutawa emphasized.

Mona Bousamra, Editor-in-Chief of Emarat Al Youm, underscored the significance of the Bunyan Al Khair initiative as it provides housing for low-income citizens who meet the housing requirements in Dubai. She praised the role of the MBRHE and Awqaf Dubai in the success of the initiative.
