An expert in the contemporary and innovative construction style, paid keen attention to digitalisation to propel Sobha and the real estate industry forward. Gravitating towards Contech and Proptech, Francis supports next-generation technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

He also advocates for lean manufacturing and business processes, as well as led the implementation of Sobha’s backward integration model in the region. Starting his career as a management trainee in 2017, Mr. Ashish Parakh advanced through the ranks to become the Group Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Sobha Realty, Dubai, through a series of successes. In his current role at Sobha Realty, he leads three departments: marketing, sales strategy, and channel relations, curating strategies and setting goals that motivate teams to succeed. He has spearheaded several successful initiatives for the company and is a strong proponent of hard work and perfectionism. In addition to maintaining high standards of operation, his leadership skills foster positive thinking, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Among his academic accomplishments, he holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management in Bhubaneshwar, India, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from Bhilai Institute of Technology Durg in Chhattisgarh, India.

James Marvin is the Director of PNC Architects. His responsibilities include leading and inspiring globally-competitive designs and ensuring timely and accurate documentation by coordinating, monitoring, reviewing, and managing all disciplines: MEP, Structure, Interior Design, Landscape Design, and Architecture.

James was educated at the University of Texas and licensed as an architect by the State of Texas in 1986. He started his architectural practice in 1988 and ran a successful Design and Build business for 10 years before being invited to Europe by an international charity that develops orphanages and medical facilities in Eastern Europe. In his previous stints, he was associated with leading real estate players both in the UAE and the UK.

Mr. Olaf Wagner is a highly experienced professional in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC). He has more than 30 years of work experience, with a Master Craftsman in Civil Construction and a BA in Architecture from Germany.

He directly reports to the Chairman in his current position as the Sobha Group's Head of Quality and Technology, where he oversees and engages in project design and implementation using an independent technical inspection regime from the developer's side, spearheaded by German Master Craftsmen, to ensure European/German quality while utilising internationally renowned construction productivity software.

Mr. Vipin Das appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for Sobha’s United States Real Estate Development Operations, bringing over two decades of distinguished experience within the organization. With an illustrious career spanning 22 years, he embodies strategic foresight, meticulous execution, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Beginning his journey as a trainee engineer, Mr. Das has steadily risen to become a leader, demonstrating exceptional expertise across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in both India and the UAE. His trajectory exemplifies the Sobha ethos of nurturing talent and fostering leadership from within.

In 2015, as part of Sobha Group’s strategic expansion into the UAE, Mr. Das relocated to Dubai, where he played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the super-luxury, master-planned community District-1, along with several high-rise residential and commercial projects. These developments, collectively valued at USD 4.6 billion, were instrumental in solidifying Sobha Realty’s reputation in the highly competitive Dubai real estate market. His hands-on approach to project management and deep industry expertise have been crucial in shaping Sobha Realty's premium developments and ensuring their success.

Mr. Das holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calicut and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His technical expertise and managerial acumen make him a formidable force in the industry.

As the CEO of Sobha Realty’s U.S. Operations, Mr. Das is poised to lead the brand’s ambitious entry into the dynamic American real estate market. Mr. Vinit Parikh is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked across key global markets, including the UAE, UK, USA, India, Japan, and Africa.

Since joining Sobha Realty in 2018 as Assistant Vice President of Sales, Mr. Parikh has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, culminating in his appointment as Chief Sales Officer. He currently leads a team of over 500 sales professionals, overseeing direct and indirect sales across both UAE and international markets.

With expertise in team management, negotiation, business development, customer service, and marketing strategy, Mr. Parikh has played a pivotal role in driving Sobha Realty's growth and establishing its reputation in competitive global markets.

Mr. Parikh holds dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing and Finance from ADMIFMS. His comprehensive academic foundation and professional achievements reflect his commitment to excellence and innovation in sales and business development.
