The aim is not only to take care of the disadvantaged in society but to develop talent amongst the deprived sections and integrate them into society as successful, contributing members. Sobha Academy is helping India grow from its grassroots by providing quality education to approx. 1200 students at no cost.
Sobha Academy is helping India grow from its grassroots by providing quality education to approx. 1200 students at no cost. The day school has classes from KG-12 and is largely focused on the poorest-of-the-poor girls. Sobha Academy provides free education, transportation, food, clothing, and healthcare. The academy houses 50 teachers and over 100 non-teaching staff. For every teacher, 22 students receive the attention and care to facilitate fruitful learning.

Currently, the Sobha Shadow Icon Initiative is being developed by including regular parent-teacher meetings and tracking the progress of kids at Sobha Icon. Four Sobha Icons who graduated in 2021 were conferred with the Kerala Chief Minister’s Student Talent Award, along with a reward of Rs. 1 lakh and a certificate of merit.
